Malou Verlomme is a typeface designer currently living in Paris. He studied Graphic Design at the École Supérieure d’Arts Appliqués Duperré. In 2005, he earned a Masters degree in Typeface Design with distinction at the University of Reading (UK). Since then, he has been developing his own typefaces, many of which were awarded. His type design Camille was added to the collection of the Centre National des Arts Plastics (CNAP).
Malou is the co-founder of LongType, the foundry through which some of his typefaces have been published. He also works on commissioned projects for clients such as Hoefler & Frere-Jones, Typofonderie and the Oxford University Press. Malou is regularly invited to conferences and workshops, and teaches typography at various graphic design schools in Paris.
